Holiday Inn Express Denver Downtown by IHG

Great. Good location, great breakfast, and confortable room.

Pros: The staff was great. Gianni, the front-door receptionist, gave me all the info I needed in a very kind way. It's a kind of reception that makes you feel at home.

Cons: The dust in the door. The cleaners could pay attention to the desk and other parts of the room, not just the bed and bathroom.

Clean, convenient and coffee to go

Pros: Convenient location with the free mallride bus going past. Loved the efficient coffee and tea machine that was accessible 24/7. The room was clean and well maintained.

Cons: The breakfast could have varied slightly over the few days we stayed (and no fruit on some of the days) but otherwise a nice breakfast room. Two glasses for drinking inside the room would have been nice (there were only polystyrene cups x2).

Pros: The location is perfect for me. It is located in the downtown area of Denver. Breakfast is delicious. I really like the staff.

Clean, central, great staff but some small issues with some amenities.

Pros: The location is very good, the staff is very friendly and helpful. A breakfast buffet was served every day with a variety of choices (hot and cold.) The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Cons: The airconditioning was not functioning as well which made the room hotter than I would have liked. This was a temporary problem which hopefully now has been fixed. However, the temperature in the room cannot be individually controlled as the thermostats do not work which could mean it's colder/hotter than ideal. The hot water in the shower could not be turned on without first getting wet with cold water which is also not ideal.

Pros: Location was excellent. Local transportation was so convenient. Area restaurant service was unusually accommodating and polite. Hotel was close to shopping, sites, restaurants.

Cons: There were many homeless people. The main street was under construction which made some areas inconvenient to get to.

Nice hotel in downtown Denver

Pros: Friendly staff, various and delicious breakfast even for Asian People like me, super clean, and easy to reach by public transportation.

Cons: No mineral water as compliment in the room.

Pros: Unfortunately, me and my daughter arrived to the hotel about 4:30 AM (so after 3:00 AM), so accommodation was not possible. But luckily, the very helpful and understanding staff canceled our reservation and the fee was not charged.
