I'm looking forward to going back.

Pros: The hotel was nice and warm at all time. The fireplace was gorgeous and the rooms were comfortable.

Cons: The breakfast options could have been better with more varieties.

Amazing Location, good breakfast, large rooms, exactly what I was looking for.

Pros: This hotel is in a great location, just two blocks from 16th Street. If the weather is good, it's perfect for a walk to Coors Field, Union Station, or even Empower Stadium. The neighbourhood was quiet, and I felt I could walk anywhere at any time safely from here.

Cons: The badge system to enter the building and to get a lift seemed a bit hit and miss, and the climate equipment in the room was a bit noisy, not too much, but noticeable. Nothing that would deter me from staying here again, though.

I was very pleased with the staff, hotel and location.

Pros: The location was perfect and walkable to my event. The breakfast had numerous choices and was attended well.

Cons: The pillows were flat and uncomfortable without using multiple pillows.

Great hotel and location

Pros: Everything! Bed was amazing and the room size it was huge.

Pros: The location, so close to the 16th Avenue, is superb. The room was large, and the bed, too, was large and very comfortable. Toiletries provided were very good quality. The whole place was clean, quiet, and secure. Walking around there on my own felt safe even in the late evenings. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.

Cons: The breakfast could be improved. WiFi kept on dropping from time to time.

Pros: Location in the city center. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast, if there were fresh vegetables, it would be great. Toiletries without smell 👍

Cons: there was no promised safe for the laptop. The yogurt in the fridge turned into a block of ice overnight - there is a fridge, but it is not fixed

Excellent base for exploring Denver

Nice and handy place to stay when in Denver with superb staff.

Pros: Many things to point out of this place, a great choice for either traveller or business people. All the staff was superb, from the people of the front desk, housekeeping, brewakfast, valet, they were all kind, helpful and really looking after guests by heart. They all made our stay magnificent giving us the confort of feeling at home. Location is great, just 15 min walking from Union Station, and well connected to the highlights of the city. Just in front of the hotel is Denver Pavillion, a great Mall with stores, coffe places, cinema, also next to 16th Street Mall and its lively mood. Rooms were quite a surprise, we stayed at a double room, with plenty of space, with two areas, one for beedroom and the other as a living roam, open spaced but well diversed with lot of space for both. Bathroom was nice and clean, and the room came with many facilities. They have valet service, which we used for store our luggage, very handy on our checking out day.

Cons: The only thing I may say is that the place looked a little old some parts, bathroom was clean and nice but came with bath and appliances were a little old fashioned. However, not like a big deal, though.
