Pros: Lovely hotel, little bit on the outskirts of the city centre but has everything you need. Great sized rooms!

Pros: Lovely hotel, lovely room, very comfortable beds, great shower and bathing products, pleasant and helpful staff.

Cons: Very expensive when about 4 different taxes are added. Also had major problems in restaurant at dinner - waited 1.5 hours for food and then it was cold, did get a free drink and some money off.

Lovely but pricy

Pros: Beautiful hotel, beautiful comfortable room. Felt quite luxurious. Especially loved the shower products supplied. Beds were very comfortable.

Cons: Valet parking at over $50 for the night was expensive. Also the restaurant didn't have any vegan dinner options, so we had to get uber eats. A bit poor for an expensive hotel.

Beautiful holiday night away

Pros: The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays and the theme was amazing. Staff was so kind!

Cons: I believe I paid more for a room with a king bed/Mountain View and we were put in a room with two queens. We didn’t say anything because everyone was so nice, but I just am hoping I didn’t pay extra for something I didn’t receive.

Pros: Great rooms, super tidy & well maintained. Communal areas were sizeable & could accomodate plenty of people. Some people had breakfast which they enjoyed, some of us used the gym which was brilliant. Location was walking distance to shops, restaurants etc. Generally a really great stay and would love to visit again!

Cons: Windows didn't block out the noise of the traffic very much
