Great location which allowed us to explore the city and really friendly staff.

Pros: The location was brilliant, everything we wanted to visit was within walking distance, or could be easily accessed by public transport.

Cons: The pool was reasonably small and often busy.

Nice downtown location, close to convention center and restaurants

Pros: King Suite - very large corner unit, with kitchen and sofa, dining area. Really nice, no complaints at all.

Cons: Other than lost time because there was a whole busload of tourists checking in at the same time.... nothing to dislike at all.

The room is comfortable and feels like home, and the front desk staff are friendly and efficient.

Pros: The room was more comfortable than expected, the staff was friendly, and I accidentally lost the charging cable during the trip, and the staff was also very kind to help me solve it.

Very pleasant hotel in a great location

Pros: We had a suite and the extra space was nice. Good beds and great shower. The kitchen was great as we could make a simple dinner (after more than 3 weeks travelling, it is a treat not to have to go to another restaurant). Location was superb - close to all the sites in Denver.

Excellent staff, spacious room, central location

Pros: Staff was very nice and helped me receive packages from Amazon. Very smooth check-in and check-out. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast spread. Great amenities. Room was incredibly spacious and competitively priced. Central, safe location.

Cons: It would be nice if housekeeping was automatically set to every day, instead of the guest having to call the reception to make a note of that. Elevators/lifts took some time to arrive.

Pros: The room was great - really comfortable. The pool and gym looked good but we didn't have the gear to try them out. The location was fine -quiet but a bit away from union station etc but still all walkable and a free bus

Cons: The breakfast was adequate and the coffee in the room wasn't replaced on day 2

Pros: This is a rather typical hotel for business, but to be honest, I liked it. There may be nothing special, but the bed was amazingly comfortable, it was quiet enough to sleep the whole night.

Pros: I like the hotel very much. They had everything in the room, including the microwave, hotplate (induction), cooking pan, plates, cup, and press; everything I needed was there in the room. Moreover, I really like their breakfast. The location is also perfect, every attraction place was in walking distance.

Cons: Check-in time is too late 4 pm. Checkout time was ok (12 noon), but if you are staying for one day, effectively, you are getting a hotel room for only 20 hours.

Excellent place to stay in Downtown Denver

Pros: Good Size room with comfortable bed and a small kitchen so you can warm up food and a there's a fridge. Ice machine on each floor. Staff are great and the breakfast plentiful. The location is good and can be reached in a few minutes on the free mall bus from Union Station. Would stay again1

Cons: Not a complaint but the breakfast room could be bigger
