Overall, this stay was a 10/10 for me. I would love to come back.

Pros: The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful, catering and aiding for every need. Special mentions go towards Tammie, Jeremiah and Jake from the bar/breakfast/restaurant team, who were fantastic and super kind. I could not recommend them enough! They each made me feel welcome and cared for in their own ways. Sonesta is very lucky to have such fantastic staff as them. The whole team at Sonesta such as the valets, check-in staff and housekeeping were also brilliant. The room was astonishing, it was clean and spacious with a comfy bed, desk area and sofa. The views of downtown from the room would blow you away! The Lockwood Restaurant in the hotel had great food with a wide range of options. Shoutout to the chefs for their amazing craft and kindness when greeting guests in the restaurant and bar.

Cons: The only SLIGHT concern I had was the low water pressure in the showers. However, this in no way has changed my view on the hotel as it is only a minor concern. Everything was perfect and run very smoothly.

Good value family Hotel with a great breakfast.

Pros: The Staff were welcoming and friendly, especially the lady in charge of breakfast service. Location was convenient for walking to Union Station and Coors Field in about 20 minutes. There were some good restaurants and shops nearby around the Pavillions Mall.

Cons: Nothing major to report.

Pros: Very pleasant staff, a great location and the food at the restaurant was tasty and well priced.

Cons: Only one T-bag, no milk for tea and the noise from other rooms was more audible than I would like.

Sonesta - Downtown Gem

Pros: pretty much the whole stay and everything about it.

Cons: pool closed for the season but that's understandable!

Pros: Room was clean and everything worked. Location was close to the convention center and 16th street mall. A little far from union station. Pool was very nice and perfect for sunbathing and hanging out. During the times I was there it wasn't too crowded. Staff was really good and accommodating.

Cons: Fitness room is two different rooms and a little small.
