Homewood Suites- Denver Downtown Convention Center

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The facility was clean, staff was friendly, the breakfast was good.

Pros: The breakfast was very good. The location was very good and the room was excellent.

Cons: I was pleased overall.

Pros: This place is so great! It is very clean and spacious! Even better than the photos. The breakfast has a lot of option and the location couldn’t be better! Very central. I recommend it and would definitely stay again!!!

Comfortable stay in central Denver, good location.

Pros: Good location, close to 16th st and easy walking to ball arena, union station and the rest of downtown Denver. Large rooms, comfortable. Good staff. Clean and well maintained. Gym and pool are great. Target close by is very convenient.

Cons: There was nothing i disliked. Breakfast is a cultural thing, for me it was kind of meh but it did the job. Parking is expensive.

Great location, nice rooms, horrible breakfast

Pros: The location and the rooms and facilities were great.

Cons: The breakfast was really disappointing. No vegetables or anything fresh at all (except for apples). Or at least some cheese or ham. I had some requests on paying the rooms at the front desk and one of the staff persons was super helpful. Unfortunately, the invoice was available only at checkout and had the bad luck to get a person who looked really annoyed to even talk to me and refused to give me the invoice saying it was done through a 3rd party (Booking.com). I still don't have the invoice even more than a month later.

Pros: Felt way more luxurious than we can usually afford and was perfectly located near 16th St. Pool and gym were great, as was breakfast.

Cons: Valet parking was $60 / day so we had to find an alternative. ($25/day in the Pavilions mall just to leave the car there)

Cons: A lady named Heather at the front desk discriminated me. she insisted that i must show her an ID to collect a package that came in for me, yet she did not ask everyone else to show any ID right in my presence and eventhough i have collected two other packages prior to that . i told her i am a guest and she can check my room details and they have already made a copy of my passport during check in but she wouldn’t listen to any of that . it was a very bitter experience that will not be forgotten soon

Pros: Very comfortable and the room was very quiet and clean

Cons: We did not like that we had to pay for parking and park across the street

Pros: It was a good stay. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Very comfortable bed. We were two and you could easily fit four. Kitchenette with pots, pans, etc. Centrally located, easy to get around.

The hotel price is reasonable given its location and room is very comfortable.

Pros: Downtown location, the large room, kitchenette and sitting area. I also liked the fact that breakfast was included. Choices for breakfast were adequate and I really liked the server Makata who had such a bright smile and greeted every guest. He was extremely diligent and cleared tables promptly.

Cons: Shower enclosure had no door so the water would splash outside no matter how careful one was. There was just almost no toilet paper with just a small pitiful row when we checked in. Tissues could be counted on one hand as well. The fact that housekeeping was only on alternate days could have been made clear as well when booking.
