RIGHT INFRONT OF CONVENTION CENTER!

Pros: The staff is gentle and attentive. I liked Cora a lot! It is a good hotel! Beds soft and comfy... breakfast has a great quality, I am from Mexico and in our country, hot complementary breakfast includes much more options, but eggs and waffles + omellettes are excelent. Different style of cooking to.. but i enjoyed! Also loved the happy hour from 5-6:30 pm!!

Cons: Somewhere I saw this hotel offered airport shuttle.. but i think might be true in the past, is not available anymore... and for breakfast: If you like your omelettes/eggs more cooked ask for it, my first omelette was a little bit uncooked for me, but they follow your lead!!

Pros: Very good location and the room was spacious and confortable.

Cons: Limited lobby space (on the 4th floor) and just one restaurant in the hotel.

Good room for meetings.

Pros: The room had a separate office/lounge. Easy to have meetings there as the guests don't see your bed and luggage. The breakfast buffet was pretty basic but I liked the waffle maker.

Cons: Long waits for the elevator during certain hours. Some of the front desk staffers were very full of themselves and didn't help, but others were nice.

I would stay again but try to find cheaper time.

Pros: Nice big room and all I needed for one night, staff at front of desk was great (Alexia from Canada 💛) didn't have breakfast but had some food and drinks during manager's hour. Nice location

Cons: The carpets - but that is just very common over there - but still fine :) a little bit pricy for one night.

Pros: We loved the early check in and the upgrade. There was loads of room and the amount of facilities in the room were excellent. Pressure of the shower was great. Location was excellent. The complimentary breakfast and light snacks and 2 free drinks was a nice touch. Amazing!

Cons: The pool was good, but a bit small and on the the reception area where everyone could kind of see in.

Overall I’m pleased with my staying. Keep up the good job.

Pros: Front staff is excellent, especially that Russian lady who has been extremely helpful. Location is easily accessible too.

Cons: Breakfast wise if only there’s more varieties. More international maybe.

Pros: The breakfast was surprisingly good. It’s cool that they have a complimentary happy hour too.

Cons: Parking was terrible and stupid expensive.

Pros: Breakfast was excellent and super friendly staff. Security was great too!

Cons: Thermostat was broken so it got really hot :(

Overall the hotel location, scenery & staff was amazing!

Pros: Breakfast was good. There was plenty of seating room in the lobby. Everything was refilled by the kitchen staff quickly when certain food would run out. I liked how secure it was to get to the lobby & access room floors. Valet parking was a bonus.

Cons: I wished they had a hot tub in the pool area. I requested our room to be clean the next day & the housekeeper did not do a good job on cleaning it. There was still pieces of trash behind the trash can & under the sink in the bathroom. We did not get clean bedding. One blanket was dirty & it was put back on the bed. I had to request for clean bedding.

Perfect for work travel.

Pros: The venue is central to conference venues. The room was very big.

Cons: Long wait times for the elevators. The room didn’t always have the right tea selection and some of the reception staff were rude.
