Helpful and friendly staff and great location. Shame about the cost to park

Pros: Location was good and convenient for downtown area.

Cons: The fact that it costs $45 extra a day to park your car. That is outrageously high and ought to be stated clearly when booking the room. I wasn’t happy about this. For the price of the room it ought to be included in the price.

Downtown hotel next to performing arts center with good facilities

Pros: Nice hotel with great location. The staff were great, and the inside-garage parking was convenient.

Cons: A bit pricey

Great location

Pros: This is a good location, in a walkable area with pretty much anything you need nearby. The themed floors are also really cool.

Cons: Parking is kinda expensive. I also was not able to get a room on the floor I had requested. There was a bit of garbage left behind in the room from the guest before us, but nothing too gross/dirty.

Could recommend this ice hotel with a service-minded personell - blessed with a welcoming attitude.

Pros: The hotel room was ok, with facilities to brew coffee or prepare tea water. I was happy to find a small fridge in the hotel room - perfect if you want to experience American food that you choose directly when shopping at the food store (a short drive from the hotel with an Uber). I would be happy to return to this hotel later on. I received my room at bit after the checking in time, with an excure from the hotel personnel in the reception. No bit problem, but as a compensation I received a free meal in their bar... Thank you, Courtis hotel - welcoming attitude.

Cons: The view from the window was not really exciting, but I didn't expect to much before I came... I am not sure I have so many other comments here.

Easy 15 minute walk to Coors Field, Union Station. Just 2 blocks from 16 Street Mall.

Pros: Walked many places from its central location. Very quiet at night. Spacious room. Lots of great restaurants all around.

Cons: No hot water at 4 pm for shower. There seemed to be plenty in the morning. Bed was a bit soft for our liking but otherwise bedding was comfortable.
