Pros: Everything within walking distance of downtown Denver

Cons: Given a different room as to what I booked .. but that was quickly rectified

Fabulous hotel with lovely staff in a great location.

Pros: Lovely hotel in a superb location. Easy parking just round the corner although valet parking was also available. Very friendly and efficient staff.

Cons: Coffee in reception was not always available. Bar closed at 9.45 which seemed a bit early.

Excellent hotel! Location and Aesthetics on point!

Pros: Staff was warm and welcoming. I received an upgrade however I saw a socks under on the floor in the corner when I was looking for my earring which means it was not cleaned entirely. I was so tired to complain about it and the amenities offered made up for it was a plus, so I ignored it. Maybe because I was exhausted from my flight and I had to get ready to head out for me not acknowledging it. I still would recommend this hotel for location, aesthetic and staff hospitality.

Cons: Room was not cleaned entirely.

Returning customer to a great boutique hotel in downtown Denver

Pros: Great location. More comfortable environment than the larger hotels. Fantastic staff.

Cons: Originally allocated room was on the back of the hotel which had extractor fan noise. I asked for more rooms in the front, which was immediately offered.

Staff were wonderful and free valet car service was great

Pros: Breakfast and dinner very good. Easy walking to Larimar Sq and Union Street Station

Cons: housekeeping only on request. Meant you had to collect coffee and water from the front desk

Wonderful clean hotel

Pros: Clean, comfortable hotel. Beautiful rooms and bathroom. It was very clean and quiet. Location was great. Walking distance to the blue bear, and Ball Arena

Cons: Check in on booking.com says 3pm, but couldn't check in until after 4pm.

Comfy, good size rooms, nice staff, I stayed for work but would be happy to visit on vacation

Pros: Style of the hotel, size of the rooms, attentiveness of the staff. Location was good to access city and wasn't to far a ride from the airport, ticked a lot of boxes

Cons: Respected that rooms only got tidied if you ask, but perhaps water and coffee could have been topped up. The team did supply me with extra water when I asked, but if it was done during cleaning times just be that % point better saving an extra trip down to the lobby and back.
