Great location, comfortable hotel

Pros: The lady at the front desk was unflappable, even when lots of people arrived at the same time. The room was comfortable, and the location is great.

Fab location and great rooms

Pros: The Thompson Denver is a lovely hotel, rooms are really nice and there is ample chill out areas in the lobby as well as a bar and restaurant. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfy. The showers are huge and offer products by D.S Durga which smell amazing. Room service is available from 7am - 11pm. The location is super central with 16th Street Mall running alongside the hotel and Larimar Street a block away. There are ample restaurants and shops to explore.

Cons: Valet entrance is on Market Street and needs to be navigated by a bus lane, if a bus happens to be approaching, the bus drivers get heavy on the horn! Also note Google Maps entrance is on 16th Street which is incorrect for valet and hotel pedestrian access, they are both located on Market Street 9(cnr 16th Street).

Pros: All staff extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. Excellent location. Room very clean and comfortable.

Cons: We had a room ‘with city view’ but there wasn’t much of a view

Style and comfort in the very centre of Denver

Pros: The hotel looks very stylish, especially the bathroom in our room was stunning. The location is ideal, at the cross of Market Street and 16th Street Mall - it couldn't be more central, just a stroll from Union Station. A bonus was the duo playing jazz at the bar downstairs on Saturday evening. Another bonus was an umbrella available in the wardrobe of the room - I needed to go buy something while it downpoured.

Cons: The room price was a bit high, but aligned with the prices of other hotels downtown Denver.

A very good full service hotel in an excellent location

Pros: Excellent restaurant with friendly staff. Very comfortable beds

Cons: Task lighting in rooms was lacking making it very dark in some areas. Certain bathroom amenities were not replenished although the front desk was very responsive and filled that gap

Excellent location in a fun downtown

Pros: The hotel is in a great location, very walkable to all downtown Denver attractions and lots of great restaurants. The rooms are very comfortable. Good size, nice windows, nice shower, and comfortable bed. The fitness facility is very good. There were plenty of machines and weights--every morning there were 4-6 people exercising and it was easy to accommodate them all. The staff were very nice and attentive.

Pros: The design of the public spaces was aligned with price. Fitness center was very well equipped. Rooms were spacious and well designed.

Cons: Allergic to the bedding

Good stay, a bit overpriced for dinner

Pros: I went to the hotel for a one night only business trip. I found it according to my expectations: clean, friendly staff, good location and very comfortable. The area has plenty of restaurants nearby for the night and the furniture and the design of the hotel are beautiful

Cons: The restaurant (I had dinner and breakfast) directly charged 20% more for the staff and for the hotel itself. In addition, on the check, I found the tip request, which of course I gave. Well, I think that was a bit too much, since the restaurant was very expensive ($90 for a single person).

Cool, functional hotel in downtown location. Ticked all the boxes.

Pros: The hotel has a nice design and the location of the hotel in downtown is great with close proximity to breakfast places and restaurants. The room was nice and airy. The gym was well equiped for a hotel gym. The staff on reception were very pleasant and friendly.

Cons: Nothing to complain about.
