Cons: IT WAS JANUARY FIRST WHEN WE HAD TO WAIT ONE HOUR FOR OUR BREAKFAST TO BE SERVED. WE WERE SEATED AT THE BREAKFAST TABLE AND FOOD WAS ACTUALLY SERVED ONE HOUR AFTERWARDS

Overall a great location, great views, very clean and attractive hotel.

Pros: Employees were very nice, gym was great, pool was heated and very cool, beds were comfy.

Cons: We asked a few questions and it was weird that nobody knew anything about the area. The front desk couldn’t answer most of my questions about, a local sports bar to watch a game or any info about the tour at Empower Field. The waiter in the restaurant didn’t know the answers but he went out of his way to try and find out for us. He was really sweet. For the rooms… they were very nice BUT the drawer space was awful. Two drawers by the front door that were super deep but shallow. Our Door also had to be slammed to get it closed and it got left open twice because we thought it shut but didn’t actually latch. Room 903. Wished there was some items at the restaurant that were more casual to eat, that would appeal to a 9 year old also.

Pros: The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The valet staff were super nice and they were running around getting everyone helped. I was impressed!! My hubby and I live in northern Colorado so planning a trip DT is always fun and staying at the Westin was an excellent choice!
