Hyatt Centric Downtown Denver

Nice rooms in central downtown location

Pros: Well appointed rooms in an excellent location! Clean and comfortable. Just a short walk to the 16th street mall where you can take the free bus up and down the street. Also walkable to Union Station. They held our luggage on check-out day which was super convenient for us.

Cons: Restaurant was extremely overpriced (including a kitchen service charge?!) Also they had delicious hot cocoa out in the lobby the night we arrived, but then it was hit or miss the following nights. Avoid the $9 bottle of water in the rooms and walk a couple blocks over to CVS or Walgreens.

Nice stay. Quality good for the money paid.

Pros: It’s nice and contemporary. Reception staff are lovely as were the valet park team.

Cons: Parking fee is steep. Noisy at night. Lots of noise heard from the city around the hotel - lack of sound proofing.

Great location, Helpful Staff and overall a great hotel

Pros: Although we only stayed a short time we found the facilities and the location perfect for what we needed. Rooms were clean and well equipped and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: Nothing really. If i was to be picky. The lifts are slow!

A nice hotel and a nice stay

Pros: A pretty typical downtown mid-priced US hotel - modern, clean and spacious. Being on a main road it was a little noisy from traffic at night but there was no noise from other rooms or corridors. The room was a good size, bright, clean and with a large comfortable bed if rather blandly and plainly decorated. Our safe didn't lock. The bathroom was modern. Breakfast was the regular forgettable chain hotel fare. Not too bad a walk from the main railway station - around 15 minutes. The value for money wasn't bad.

Cons: All fine - just rather bland and forgettable as a hotel.

Comfortable stay in a great location!

Pros: Really comfortable stay in downtown Denver. Close to restaurants and Union Station. The folks at reception were super helpful, and made it easy to change check out times.

Cons: Had a lot of difficulty getting in touch with the right folks regarding a lost item as it seems housekeeping and reception are quite separate. I received no answer to emails, and by phone I was only directed to an online lost item form, and was never contacted. Ended up going back to the hotel on my way out of Denver, where they were able to check in with housekeeping, but I recognise this is often not a possibility so could benefit from a better lost item system.

We were happy to stay in a well maintained facility with amicable staff in a great location!

Pros: We loved the steamer in the room! I didn't go out in public with five hundred wrinkles in my polo shirt! We love that you use organic hygiene products! The price for the hotel was exceptional compared to other hotels. My girl loved the coffee machine in the hotel. The rooftop area was really neat!

Pros: Clean and modern room, good Location and a Good Selection of Food and Drinks at the Bar in the Lobby .

Cons: Hairdryer was Broken upon arrival , overnight parking was expensive (60$)

Pros: The place is perfect. Very clean, calm in the very centre of Denver, close to the station and the main attractions. The staff is very professional and kind. There is even a rooftop and a fitness centre! I highly recommend the establishment!
