It was a pleaseant stay.

Pros: To get to the convention center, is very close, about 5 minutes walking. Located downtown, is close to the Union Station and other important icons such as the court house or the Senate.

Cons: The hotel charged us 100 USD / per person for a deposit that they should have told us at the check-in, but they didn't, and in the end, they insisted that they had done it.

Pros: Our room was awesome. Loved the size, the space, the cleanliness. The bed was very comfy. Walking distance to the convention center.

Pros: I did not have breakfast at this hotel. I didn’t know one was available.

Cons: Room’s lighting was a little dim, and soundproofing was poor/inadequate. I could clearly hear traffic and construction noise from outside on the street below even though I was 8 floors up.

Be proactive

Pros: Lobby was very pretty. Room was spacious and the location is very convenient.

Cons: Power went out in room for over 30mins and I had to do go down to the front desk to even inform them of this matter. Then I requested fresh linen to my room that took over a hour again I had to call down to the front desk to inform them I never received my towels.
