Renaissance Denver Downtown City Center Hotel

Good value for money option.

Pros: Gym better than expected with free weight, machine, cardio and yoga sections. Staff gave us chocolates and roses at reception because we arrived on valentine's. The staff were professional The bed was huge, nice for laying out in.

Cons: On my first night the heater turned on way too hot and i woke up roasting. Maybe an explanation of how to use it was needed? On the second day there was no milk for the coffee. Minor problems really.

Pros: The beds were a little hard and uncomfortable pillows. The restaurant menu options were extremely limited. As a Culinary Chef, I try to have app, entree, options for a least 4 different types of people walking through the door. No chicken on the menu? You would get much more business if you had a few of the basics. FYI

Pros: The foyer to the hotel is magnificent. Michael on the conceige is amazing, he knows his stuff. Worth visit just for the tips and history from him.

Cons: Service at the bar was poor, had to go across the road to get a drink.

A perfect hotel to stay for a few nights

Pros: The location is perfect to go to the Denver Performing Arts and many restaurants. The room is very comfortable. There’s a covered parking garage right next door to the hotel, overall a great place to stay for a couple of nights.

A great hotel for a short stay in Denver

Pros: The hotel is in a perfect location walking distance to the Denver Performing Arts, 16th st, Denver Art Museum and many restaurants. There’s a parking garage next door to the hotel so you don’t have to valet your car. The rooms are comfortable.

Pros: It was a fantastic hotel, beautiful inside and out, great staff and great downtown location.

Cons: Prices a bit high for drinks and small items in the “grocery” - but probably what you’d see at other hotels like this.
