Very comfortable.

Pros: The property had everything you needed. Restaurant, shopping, coffee shop and great bar area. The location was great, staff very friendly and the courtesy car and driver was a bonus. We used this to get to a doctor when my husband was ill.

Cons: No tea and coffee facilities in room. Rooms not serviced daily not even clean towels unless requested. We stayed 4 nights so I requested clean towels, which was fine. I believe to have your room serviced daily, there was a cost. To be fair, we did come across this at one other hotel. Possibly a new trend to either keep prices down for guests or increase profits?????

Excellent hotel in perfect location

Pros: Great central location. Very easy to walk to all of the tourist spots. Parking valet service was very handy and car was brought to us quickly each time. Excellent location for the restaurant district.

Cons: Parking was quite expensive. Make it cheaper for 24 hour period.

Pros: Great location, I booked a suite it was very small for the price that i paid. The staff were mostly very helpful some had poor attitudes or didn’t want to help. The free coffee and free drink where nice but the coffee experience was tarnished by the bad attitude of the barristers knowing we where taking up our free coffee order from the hotel.

Pros: Location, the possibility to make use of the hotel free limo service within a range of two miles (Josh and Mike do a great job) / The choice of restaurants at the Dairy Block

Cons: Hotel is a bit on the pricey side/ A suggestion for the bathroom would be a extra hook for the used towels and a shower footrest

Wonderful location

Pros: Great location. Tons of food choices in the hotel and close by. Rooms were very clean. Staff was very nice.

Cons: Extra $53 for parking every night.

Great location and beautiful lobby area with lots of extras.

Pros: They give you a lot of little extras like churros and HH coupons. Free welcome drink in the room. Very nice staff and great location off the dairy block with cute shops and eateries.

Cons: I didn't like the coffee filter in the room and having to boil the water to pour over the coffee. Maybe a French press would be better. Hate the waste with Kuregs.

Pros: El hotel esta muy bien ubicado en pleno Down town de la ciudad de Denver y cerca de las atracciones del sector. Las habitaciones muy confortables, amplias y limpias. Personal amable y dispuesto a colaborar si lo requieres. Cabe agregar que dentro del hotel hay varias opciones de bares y restaurantes, además, de los de la zona cercana. Lo recomendamos 100%.
