Brilliant 🤩

Pros: Fabulous hotel just a short walk to Union Station and the shuttle bus to Red Rocks. I had a city view room which was very spacious and super clean. I had 3 nights here and I can highly recommend staying here. Oscar on reception was brilliant and the overall customer service was first class. I liked the fact that there is someone on reception 24/7.

Ideal downtown hotel with value for money relative to the alternatives.

Pros: Great location, simple room, 24 hr gym. Adjacent to train station.

Cons: Breakfast wasn’t great. Service was slow.

Very nice.

Pros: Very clean. Restaurant/bar staff was superb - best customer service that I have seen in a long time - they were helpful, friendly and personable.

Cons: The bar could have been open a bit later for us, in order to eat. Once we got to the hotel, checked in and came downstairs for a meal and a drink the kitchen was closed. But a minor detail.
