Very good. I would stay here again if I revisit Denver.

Pros: Location, staff, modernity, well-equipped gym, good amenities in hotel lobby.

Cons: Most of the lobby entrance doors locked. Restaurant was closed for several days.

Pros: Super close for decadence. Enjoyed just walking over before and after. :)

Cons: It was a great experience. The only thing we didn't like was having to pay 200 or more for parking.

Amazing! Highly recommended!!

Pros: Great location. Excellent service. The breakfast buffet was amazing. There were lots of choices, and the staff was very polite and hospitable. It was one of the best services I've experienced so far. The pancakes were delicious. We were seated at the table when a staff member took our beverage order. She brought us excellent hot chocolate and coffee. Can't ask for more!

Cons: Not a complaint, just feedback. I appreciate the live omelette, but it would be great to have a similar dish suitable for vegetarians (without egg and meat).

Great downtown hotel

Pros: The hotel is conveniently located in the downtown Denver area. The beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations.

Pros: Spacious room, coffee supply and other amenities in the room, spectacular view from room, ambiance in lobby, location. I moved to another (more expensive) hotel in town for the last two nights and it was AWFUL in comparison to the Hyatt. Really excellent value for money.

Cons: Cannot think of anything that bothered me. I had a problem with my hot water on day 1, but they sorted it out the same day.

Pros: Fabulous breakfast buffet. The waiters and manager were also friendly and helpful! A terrific roof top hot tub and pool with spotless locker rooms.

Pros: We came to Denver for a concert. Our concert tickets got sold out from underneath us on StubHub. We got back to the hotel, obviously disappointed. The staff was very compassionate about our situation and offered some food and drink vouchers, and brought snacks and water to our room. Very accommodating!!
