Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel

Great city and people.

Pros: The room was very comfortable and big with 2 beds. The employees were very kind and able to help, we can leave our big luggage and go to the next city, the hotel have self laundry and a rental car. Very good hotel and localization

Pros: Overall the room was clean and staff was accommodatin.

Cons: I had one bad experience. One time when I went to get my nightly treat. The time was 8:30 and the staff member said we stop at 8. The response was rude and there appeared to be treats left but they were not accommodating.

Pros: The hotel rooms are impeccably clean and well-maintained by a very friendly staff. The reception personnel is welcoming and extremely helpful. Upon arriving late afternoon during the week, the desk clerk noticed that my booking was scheduled to start only the next day. They immediately arranged for me to stay in a room without having to move to another one later. The hotel features a rooftop pool and a fitness room, a restaurant, and a bar. The location is excellent, situated not far from the 16th Street Mall and just a few minutes on foot from Union Station. This makes it an ideal choice if you're coming to the city via the airport shuttle.

Great place to stay in Downtown Denver

Pros: This is a well set up hotel with all the amenities.. restaurant, bar, lounge, vehicle valet and parking garage. They even supplied humidifiers for the rooms to off set the dry Denver air! That was a huge bonus for me! The beds were very comfortable and that also is a big bonus! The staff was very welcoming and helpful in catering to your needs! The location was very convenient for doing anything downtown. Great place to stay!

Cons: The place was very busy which made it very noisy in the main social areas.

it was very nice and good for a conference

Pros: beautiful facility and great food at conference. the shower drain was dirty underneath. and toilet had a slow ‘run’. those needed some maintenance

Cons: the wifi was beyond inadequate!! I literally could not get my laptop on a vpn. I had issues even sending texts!!

Pros: The room was amazing. We did not expect it to be so spacious. Two of us were working remotely during our stay and the extra space allowed us each to have more space to work in. Food and beverage options were great! Service was attentive. The pool was wonderful!!!

Cons: Accessing the hotel, both walking and via car, was confusing due to construction. I know that's not in the hotel's control, but it made the stay a little bit of a hassle

Pros: Beautiful hotel in the inside. Spacious rooms. Nice pool area

Cons: Rooms are a maze! Lots of walking to get through the hotel. Front desk staff seemed to not want to be bothered.

Perfect getaway

Pros: The food was good. I attended Zahi Hawass lecture. Very nice space for the talk. Two large screens were perfect!

Cons: I couldn’t enter the hotel because I didn’t have a key yet. I waited until people left the building before I could check in.
