Door code worked every time. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Lots of TV Channels.

Pros: Location was great. 2 minute walk through the building to get to the Corridor Trail.

Cons: It was all good.

Unfriendly staff and use the deadbolt at night

Pros: The condo itself is comfortable and had the basics. It was very clean. Personally we had to move the furniture a bit to enjoy the fire/tv but that was easy enough.

Cons: Didn't like that on a few nights we heard someone trying to use the keypad to enter the condo. We had the dead bolt on so it was okay but it was off putting and made me wonder how many people have the entry code/if this place was unsafe. Also the people monitoring the pool area were very gruff and unfriendly and threw our drinks (not glass) out the literal moment my husband and I went in the locker for a quick bio break. I hated being treated like we were unwelcome out there, especially since we are very respectful.

Although outdated as far the condo itself, it is a nice & clean place.

Pros: Liked that there was also a television in the bedroom.

Cons: The bathroom needs a new shower curtain.

Gorgeous, great amenities, perfect location in Winter Park, and great value.

Pros: This condo rental was gorgeous! It's right by the Winter Park Resort and has a beautiful view. It had all sorts of amenities: a kitchen, sleeper sofa, murphy bed, master suite, dining table, and balcony. We had access to board games, a game room with a pool table, ping pong, and air hockey, and a swimming pool. This condo was more spacious, had more amenities, was cleaner, and cost less per night than a hotel we had stayed in in Montrose. Secure parking on the lowest level is available, unless you have a high profile vehicle or a full luggage rack. Parking passes for the condo and for the resort came with the condo. The host / property manager was great on communicating instructions for entry and departure.
