Founders Pointe Condo

Pros: Excellent location, just few steps from the village. We had enough space for 2 adults and 2 kids, room was very clean (a bit dated, just as advertised). It had everything we needed for our stay. Bed and sofa bed were comfortable, kitchen was a most. Covered parking was excellent, we did not have any issue with parking, we paid it in advanced and keep our QR code with us. The hot tub was amazing!

Cons: Most of the pillows were not comfortable for us, too big/puffy, my neck hurts. Hut tub entry code did not work, we have to wait for other people to open the door.

Cozy Winter Park Retreat

Pros: The condo was comfortable and quiet, providing a perfect retreat. We especially appreciated the cozy fireplace after spending hours in the freezing temperatures outside. The kitchenette was just right for preparing breakfast, and the location was fantastic—just a short walk across the street and past a few buildings to reach the ski lifts. I’d love to stay at Founders Pointe Condo again!

Cons: The garage entry reader can be confusing, causing many guests to spend extra time trying to enter or exit the garage. If you pay for the garage in advance, pay close attention to the exit time assigned by the system. It might set an unusual time by which you must leave.

Great trip and the room was nice and served it's purpose.

Pros: The ease of not having to check in with a front desk for arrival and checkout.

Cons: I wish I had known that the towels in the room were all we got, I thought it was like the other places we had stayed at in Winter Park Base Village and thought they would replace them but had to wash them and the machines only took quarters for the detergent and the some of the machines would not work and the dryer was awful. I stayed up for several hours trying to get the towels done.

Pros: Un bel appartement dans une excellente copropriété. Le jacuzzi exterieur et le BBQ en libre service étaient de gros plus.

Cons: Beaucoup de codes compliqués , dont 1 pas à jour dans la description fournie. Nous avons dû appeler le service client, qui heureusement a été efficace. Pas de stationnement gratuit .
