It was perfect!

Pros: The decoration, the bar/restaurant, great drinks and delicious breakfast menu. The staffing was super friendly and efficient. I highly recommend it and we'll go back soon.

Beautiful art museum.

Pros: This is by far the nicest Hilton I've stayed in. The staff, especially everyone at the front desk are amazing. Since the hotel is part of the art collection, they provide transportation to the museums. Rooms are well appointed, robes, coffee,water,soda. Beds are amazingly comfortable. Individual Air conditioning control. Great fitness room. Good location, next to Denver's contemporary art museum. Restaurants, 16th St mall, larimar square within walking distance.

Cons: The restaurant is good, limited selections, but very well made, slow service.

Pros: Staff were helpful and friendly from check in to valet to bar servers. Bed was comfy and bathroom spacious. I like the outdoor rooftop patio.

Cons: The room refrigerator was noisy and I disliked the blue light! I used earplugs and sleep mask but would have preferred not to have to do so. Also it would be great to not have small bottles of shampoo and toiletries but refillable bottles instead.

Great hotel. Loved the convenience and amenities, but it's pricey.

Pros: Beautiful hotel with a superb art collection. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfasts at the hotel restaurant were very good. The location is excellent with proximity to Denver's art museums.

Cons: The room rate is too expensive. We found out during the stay that others were able to get a much lower rate; desk staff was unable to explain this.

Wonderful accomodations, difficult to figure out.

Pros: Perfect locatoin for the event we were attending, 1/2 a block away. Very comfortable. It is a bit diifficult to get service or know how to get service. The TV has the restaurant and room service menu, but it has no on-line means to order, nor is it very front and center with any number to call to get service, I had to eventually call the front desk, and get them to forward me to the restaurant for room service. And then I wanted breakfast at 6:30 am, (so I could leave for church at7:30 am) but they only started serving at 7:00am.

Cons: The difficulty in finding how/where to order room service, and the lack of breakfast before 7 am.

Nice hotel, Excellent location

Pros: Efficient staff, well-appointed room and, this once, everything on the room works!

Cons: QR codes for all the information about the hotel and now tipping can get annoying. Less paper is good, but it might be nice to have a handy hard copy reference sheet in the room.
