Pros: Modern motel, very nice interior. You could really see that's it's owned my small business and they really care about the place

Cons: Beds were kinda hard

A good option overall, but poor AC

Pros: The location is great with some restaurants, starbucks, within walking distance. The room was spacious with good beds. There is no reception. Instead, room key codes, etc, were handled through SMS, which was convenient. Free parking at the property.

Cons: AC in my room was extremely loud (70dB) and didn't work well. This can be an issue during summer -- not least when forest fires make it hard to keep windows open.

A really comfortable and spacious apartment, with a most comfortable bed

Pros: Easy check-in with email confirming room number and access code. tasteful decor. Nice balcony and furniture. Bedding very pretty and bed the most comfortable ever!! Bedding available for the sofa bed which was very spactiou. Bathroom very spacious with good shower. Great to have a kettle, and individual coffee/tea rather than a coffee maker.

Cons: Only thing that could have been better would be to have dark curtains rather than just the blinds, as these were not dark enough for a full night's sleep.

Wholly sufficient

Pros: Perfect motel operation, and done without staff on site. Access easy with coded door, perfectly presented room with all facilities and instructions humorous and sensible. Excellent position close to Interstate (but no noise) and ideally placed for driving up 14,100 foot Mount Evans - book a timed entry ticket well in advance for that.

Cons: It's a bit bleak to arrive at an entirely unstaffed location but don't be put off. The management is done very well and you don't need a desk clerk for this style of operation, the cost is very fair.

Recommended motel for families

Pros: Large Family room with large balcony. Newly renovated (as of 2023) very very nice compared to competition in town. Large TVs. Really great to relax there. Location: Adjacent bbq restaurant and breakfast restaurant (Marion's)

Cons: The kitchen could use some dishes, then it would be perfect. (It has a microwave, fridge, sink and an ice maker though!)

Cute remodeled motel in pretty mountain town. Easy check-in and out.

Pros: The room was very clean and nicely redone. The view was nice across the street as you could see the mountains. Bathroom was very clean. The layout of the room was great. Parking and check in were very easy.

Cons: The beds were very hard. The highway was noisy and there was a dog staying at the hotel that barked some in the morning.

We had a restful night of sleep followed by enjoying the town of Idaho Springs.

Pros: The location was confident to the Idaho Springs city center where we spent some time enjoying the town. The room was extremely clean and nicely done it was very relaxing and a great place to spend the night.

Cons: The view from the patio wasn’t the best, basically looking at the interstate and a neighborhood with mobile homes. The curtains on the sliding glass door didn’t cover all the way allowing light in.

Pros: Excellent value for money and friendly hotel, even had a kettle included which was very handy for make a morning cup of tea.

Comfortable bed. Great communication from the staff via email prior to arrival.

Pros: Great access from the highway. Reasonably priced.

Cons: There really wasn’t a dog relief area or play area.
