Pros: Great customer service from Michelle who made check-in so simple and easy. Even though the the process was not clear through booking.com and what I needed with the hotel itself. Thank you again, michelle, for accommodating me and giving me a place to stay for the night!

Pros: Had a nice quite room. The staff was respectful but the room was NOT very clean

Pros: It was quiet and staff was great..the room was dirty , the walls, baseboards, floors,the shower fridge, night stand and table dirty. Bed was clean and very comfortable. I will stay again. I clean and ir was great

Pros: The staff are very welcoming and easy to talk to. The room was clean and tidy, no remnants or belongings of any kind from previous customers, it was a nice and quiet spot. I would recommend this place.

Worth it.

Pros: I liked the value and the location. Everything was clean, the staff is helpful, except that one encounter. The fridge and the stove are a great addition. A/C is working great.

Cons: The sink faucet was leaking when running water, the microwave was missing a light bulb (would have been a good addition for cooking), the Wi-Fi was very slow, and the front desk called the police on me for no apparent reason once.

Surprisingly very quiet

Pros: Quiet fairly secure. It was nice to see a security presence. Over all I couldn't have been happier. Wish it was cheaper.

Cons: Security deposit through 3rd party. Could not roll over had to take another 100$ each time I booked as the previous 100$ deposit would be refunded 3-5 biz days later. Need some type of in house vending. Cleaning department needs to clean! In-between stays. Moping wiping down something. Just because it's not dirty doesn't mean it's not dirty.
