Pros: It's not a great area but from inside the room you wouldn't know. It was clean and comfortable and very affordable.

Short and simple

Pros: We liked how large the room was. I chose it because we were going to a concert at the Odgen Theater so the location was perfect. Staff was friendly and prompt. They told us about breakfast and elevators.

Cons: The $100 incidental charge was unexpected but I could’ve missed that. I don’t like that they announced our room number upon check in and also simply asked for a room number if you forgot your key. That’s beyond unsafe for anyone traveling. We were approached by a homeless man that was hanging out at the back of the 3rd floor and followed us around a bit so had he known what room we were in, (simply hearing the check in person say it) could’ve been dangerous. I would’ve felt safer if they had asked for my ID to ensure our safety. Lastly, the continental breakfast was just grab and go foods. Nothing hot. Not even juice or milk was brought out. So if you like 3 types of dry cereal and oranges; It’s perfect for you.

I could not have enjoyed my stay more. I appreciate everything about this hotel.

Pros: The staff was exceptional- and the newly renovated room exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was a very nice bonus, and it was nice to have 24/7 concierge to help us as we navigated Denver. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Cons: I actually have no complaints- my stay was beyond my expectations.
