It was a clean hotel and close to downtown.

Pros: It was clean and close to the state park we were visiting. The room was fairly quiet. The hotel was also close to restaurants in downtown Walden.

Cons: Location of the office was a little confusing, it was behind a fence, separated from one of the buildings in conjunction with the entire hotel.

Above and beyond the rest!

Pros: Our first visit to North Park Inn was beyond our expectations! From checking in to the clean, and fresh apperance of the room was stunning! Every convience was made available, the frig, the microwave, coffee maker, the abundance of towels in the bathroom was plesantly shocking! We were imprrssed with this property! pl

Loved the rustic wooden furniture.

Pros: Cool furniture, good shower. The fridge froze my ice and not my food which is how it's supposed to work. I loved having directions for the bedside clock and that it dimmed. The internet was great.

Cons: The bed and pillows were a bit firmer than I like. The check-in person was efficient but not charismatic. I paid about $50 more per night than my usual limit, getting a nicer room than I usually do but not any better of a night's sleep.

Pros: Good location for exploring State Forest State Park! We were able to check in a little early which is always appreciated. Hotel was quiet at night. Plenty of parking. Would stay again if we came back to Walden.
