Great place to stay to save money, be 3 blocks from downtown Estes Park - get a renovated room
Pros: Proximity to downtown Estes Park - we walked there daily to shop and eat. Having a small kitchen - we were able to eat meals and used the oven / stove / microwave / coffee maker and toaster. Saved us money which allowed us to have nicer dinners out. One bedroom apartment feel was nice - allowed us to play games / do puzzles / watch tv and be self contained. We stayed plenty warm in the room even though the week we were there was below freezing and below 0 every night. Didn't even need the fireplace in the room, but were happy to have the option if needed. Note the fireplaces are wood burning.
Cons: There were some minor things. Needed a hot pad in the kitchen for when we used the oven - we used a hand towel and were fine. A place to hang hand towels in the bathroom. They are in the process of renovating the rooms so our room was recently done so try to stay in one of those if able.

Comfortable room, conveniently located near downtown Estes Park.
Pros: Excellent location, easy walk to downtown. Tastefully updated room. Firewood already in the fireplace on arrival! Easy parking. The construction work other reviewers mention has concluded, so traffic noise was minimal in February (I would expect considerably more traffic in summer, though). Friendly hosts. Comfy bed. Smart TV with all the apps. This property has done much better than most in town at reducing the lingering odor of in-room cigarette smoke from decades past.
Cons: Walls are very thin. Not the property's fault that we had an especially noisy neighbor, but you do hear everything in adjacent units, even normal footsteps from those above you. Next time we'll request a second-floor unit. There was also a faint musty odor that, if you've stayed in Estes before, you'll recognize as not unique to this property.

Pretty good otherwise.
Pros: Really enjoy the location, the hot tub/Jacuzzi, and the friendly staff
Cons: The bed sank too much, hard to get up. Also not enough places or hooks to hang up wet clothings. Not washer/dryer at the location.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The location is excellentโwithin walking distance to the main market and close to Rocky Mountain. Although the facility and appliances are a bit old, the convenience of the location makes it worthwhile and kitchen helped us save during the trip.
