Beautiful stay

Pros: Beautiful location, you can join trails from the property or drive 20 mins or so and join lots of the trails directly from the park

A lovely setting with friendly staff

Pros: Perfect location by the river. Close to Rocky National Park. Receptionist was very helpful.

Cons: We were on the bottom floor and we were distrubed by the guests upstairs. Having booked for the room last summer and asking for a quite room we had expected to be on the top floor. Appears this is an feature with booking.com. We experinced on several occasions during our trip of being given rooms downstairs and next to the lifts or ice machines. Very annoying. The cabin has little in the way of storage or hanging spaces for clothes

Experience of a lifetime!

Pros: Great location, very convenient for Rocky Mountain national park and easy reach for Estes Park. Well equipped and very comfortable. Friendly & helpful staff. A little disappointed that our ground floor cabin lacked privacy so would recommend first floor or river view. Nonetheless a wonderful stay. Thank you

Pros: Very nice room on the river. Fire place Coffee, fridge, sofa Nice staff Arrived late and room was ready with heat and lights on.

Cons: Didn't have firewood on site. Had to purchase elsewhere

Outstanding

Pros: Very accommodating and helpful staff. Provided me with all the extras that I needed. I felt like being home. They upgraded me to a very beautiful/stunning cabin. Beyond my expectations. The river, the trees, the outdoor, the views, the sun, gorgeous personal-on-the-river patio. Above all - The Comfort!! Loved it all!!

Cozy hotel in the Rocky Mountains

Pros: Great property next to the river. Rooms are cozy and well equipped. The fire place is great and it is east order firewood on the tablet in the room on which you could also order drinks, get helpful information and quickly check out. Rooms were well equipped with everything we needs. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good laundry facilities (you can buy washing powder at reception). There is also a computer and printer for guest use.

This was a perfect, relaxing spot to stay for our anniversary weekend.

Pros: Good sized room with a fire place and a balcony. They provided little things like shampoos and makeup remover wipes. We could take the sidewalk all the way to downtown.

Perfect spot for a getaway, right next to the river, great facility snd service, minutes from town.

Pros: They changed our room for us when we arrived given our reserved room was unknowingly on the second floor and my wife was unable to use the stairs from a recent knee surgery. Staff were extremely courteous and took care of us quickly with a cabin which had an indoor spa tub, fireplace and full kitchen, easy access and close parking. Room was clean and just what we were hoping for on a weekend getaway.

Cons: Truthfully, the only thing we didn't like was the fact we couldn't stay longer.

This was the perfect place to stay to enjoy my time off.

Pros: The location is great it has a Mountain View. The rooms are big and the beds are comfortable. The staff was great I will be staying here in the future.
