Pros: Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful unit.

Cons: Nothing! It was exactly what we were looking for.

Pros: We were absolutely delighted with our stay at this hotel! The perfect combination of coziness, comfort and stunning nature around. The room exceeded all expectations — everything was thought out to the smallest detail: comfortable furniture, high-quality equipment, thoughtful organization of space and impeccable cleanliness. I was very pleased with the convenient location — it's easy to get there, and the hotel itself is surrounded by silence and beautiful nature. Separately, I would like to mention the wonderful coffee shop with amazing pastries, located next to the hotel — an ideal place for a cozy morning breakfast. There is a real concern for the guests in every detail. Many thanks for the warm welcome!

Pros: Great location and lovely outdoor relaxation area. All other guests were quiet and respectful.

Pros: The absolute BEST place to stay. We loved the views of the river, the closeness to the RMNP and Donna's cinnamon rolls!

Beautiful, peaceful place along a river, with a trail to walk on the other side into the RMNP.

Pros: Our stay did not include a breakfast. However on Saturday morning the housekeeper makes homemade cinnamon rolls available at 9am. We got ours around 10am when we came back from seeing the sunrise, seeing a moose ( Sheep Lakes), and little site seeing, we put them in the microwave for almost 30 seconds. They were delicious! It was nice to sit and relax along the river, and use the grill to cook our lunch on that same day since we were up at 5am.. Then we took a walk / hike on the other side of the river that goes into the RMNP. After 2 miles or more hiking, and site seeing each day, it was nice to have a couple evenings we were back early to use the hot tub. The owners were very nice. It is a beautiful country setting, next to the RMNP, very close to lots of restaurants, and downtown Estes Park. Great location to stay.

Pros: Location in a forrest and by the stream is simply amazing - extremely calming and perfect for relaxing after an exhausting hike in the national park. Room was spacious and cosy, internet was good, and staff was very kind and helpful.

Best stay near RMNP

Pros: Everything about it is great. Room was super clean, check in check out super smooth, location is the best of all.

Cons: Nothing. Everything is good, nothing to complain at all.

Great cozy lodge on the river!

Pros: The lodge was so cute! It was really cozy and right on the river. There’s also a community hot tub, but the place is so small that you usually get it to yourself! The whole area is very peaceful.

Cons: There’s no staff on site, which isn’t necessarily bad, just not what I was expecting. It’s more of an Airbnb experience where you have a contactless check in and are mostly on your own.

We loved everything about this place the water running in our back yard was absolutely gorgeous

Pros: The room was spotless. Cleaner than most high end motels I have stayed at. The staff was super friendly. The location was awesome and the chairs and swings and everything they had outside for guests made the stay even better. The hot tub was probably cleanest I have ever seen in any motel I have been.
