Right Choice!

Pros: My wife and I can't stop raving about our stay at the Taharaa Lodge! Our room was beautiful and the view could not be surpassed! A quiet mountain get away! We had coffee delivered to our room at 7am and it was a beautiful start to the day! While sipping our coffee we could smell our breakfast being prepared downstairs! The breakfast was just as ordered and very tasty! The view, staff and food let us know that we made the right decision when selecting the Taharra Lodge! We would be remiss if we did mention the Twin Owls Steakhouse, excellent service and food located on the site of the Taharra Lodge!

Pros: ★★★★★ Perfect 8th Anniversary Getaway We celebrated our 8th anniversary at Taharaa Mountain Lodge and it was absolutely wonderful, with flowers, champagne, and chocolate-covered strawberries waiting for us upon arrival. Our spacious, immaculately clean suite had a jetted tub, fireplace, stunning mountain views, and even wildlife right outside our window and deck. Tobi, the concierge, was fantastic, and having owners Thad and Sandra onsite added a special personal touch. Just minutes from the Stanley Hotel and close to town, yet peaceful and romantic — we would definitely return.

Pros: This was a beautiful lodge located 10 minutes away from the town of Estes Park. It was up on a hill that overlooked the area. Beautiful view of the mountains. The owners were super accommodating and the staff was excellent. The breakfast served was amazing. Coffee was brought to our room every morning at 7am. The restaurant had a beautiful view of the mountains. It was very quiet there. Loved it!

Pros: Lovely location and views of the mountain ranges. Minutes to Estes Park , restaurants and shopping. Short drive to Rocky Mnt. National Park. We stayed in the Cowboy Baron Suite lower level. Beautiful suite. Staff was lovely and professional. Great made to order breakfast every morning (you are given three choices of meals each day) appreciated the secured location with coded double entry for quests.

Cons: Our suite is located next to the restaurant and can be noisy outside the front windows. Also some updates could be done- our balcony door was. Or sealed well could feel cold breeze from it when shut. You could not adjust the fireplace in bedroom. Balcony some railing were broken Those booking be aware of the balcony views in pics on website. Many balconies are blocked by pine trees ours was half blocked. Upper level on the opposite end of the restaurant would be better views.
