I'll always choose this place.

Pros: The staff, all of them, housekeeping to front desk to maintenance. Welcoming, friendly and accommodating. I enjoy my stay every time. Clean rooms, nearby food.

I love this place.

Pros: I value the staff here. their customer service is outstanding.

Cons: no breakfast. for the cost I feel like a bagel and some yogurt wouldn't break the bank...

Worth it.

Pros: The Front Desk Ladies are absolutely WONDERFUL, helpful, accommodating and friendly. It's always a welcoming place to rest up.

Cons: I can't make my own waffles on those goofy turn irons. Please don't blame the staff. I blame corporate.

Pros: The staff are great! Knowledgeable and welcoming. Also clean, she was mopping the lobby when I arrived and was quick to caution me of slipping.

Cons: It was great.

Pros: Great price and easy access to city, nice rooms and good facilities

I only wish they could do weekly..cus that'll be super awesome

I just honestly wish you guys had a way to help the homeless program

Pros: The staff members are very sweet for office staff and housekeeping very respectful I appreciate the kindness to housekeeping when asking for things you have two staff members one that works in the daytime she was very sweet of you also have a gentleman that works at night that is very kind very helpful to my family

Arrived around midnight, received a room went to bed, waking up early and going to work.

Pros: The room is small, which isn't a surprise, but it was clean and organized. Bed felt fine, as best I can tell. I went to sleep pretty quickly a little after midnight and woke, as usual, around 4:30 a.m.

Cons: Traffic when I went downtown the next morning. Oter than that, I felt everything was fine. When I blocked the room I was not expecting a downtown high rise. It met expectations. What more can you expect?

Pros: It was quiet. Easy to get to. Staff was helpful. Room had no extra amenities, coffee, fridge or microwave. But didnt need them. Will stay again

Overall you guys were amazing.

Pros: The day and afternoon staff were amazing. I needed a late check out and these guys went above and beyond to help me. You guys were amazing.

Cons: Overnight staff: one of the over night staff females was very rude on the phone and hung up on me twice. I was trying to ask her a question and she said she didn't have time to help me and hung up on me.
