Pros: Great location close to Ball Arena and on the bus route to Union Station.

Cons: You need to request room service, and they didn't replace the shower body wash.

Pros: Cheap hotel that is very old and run down, but not dirty. Clean rooms and the staff was very nice. Great deal if you're fine with an aging motel.

Pros: We really enjoyed the desk staff (Mary) she worked her ass off to check us (4 people) inn even though Booking only confirmed 2 of our rooms. Thank you for your patience and professionalism

Cons: I had to leave early in the morning to catch a plane and we didn’t get to say goodbye to MARY.

Pros: Mary worked her ass off to check us (8 people) inn even though Booking only confirmed 2 of our rooms. Thank you for your patience and professionalism.

A good start to our vacation

Pros: Chris was the hotel front desk staff when we arrived and handled our group with ease. Mary was the receptionist when we left and was super helpful.

Cons: Pool in the pictures was under construction.
