Budget Inn Denver Downtown

It was very good I did not find any problematic or disturbing issue

Pros: Considering expensive Denver it is very reasonable price location is good Facilities are reasonable staff is cooperative

Cons: There is arrangements of complementary tea or coffee in room

Pros: Staff was very well conducted, courteous and friendly.

Pros: The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They deserve a raise.

Cons: I had nothing bad to say.

Would recommend to others and am interested in going again if I need to stay in Denver.

Pros: Everything was great. Great location. Great price. Good breakfast.

Cons: Some outlets didn't work.

Pros: Exactly what I needed. Clean and comfortable place to rest my head. Good location.

Pros: The night skyline facing Denver. It's location is picturesque.

Good location, okay value.

Pros: Nice location near downtown, Coors Field, etc. Exterior is worn, room was updated and clean, staff was distracted but OK. Kind of noisy if your room is close to the east side, by the interstate.

Cons: A little noisy.

All in all I have a great experience with budget inn

Pros: The staff was super friendly and helpful, the room was clean, beds were comfy.

Cons: My only issue with the place was the noise from the ambulances every other hr.

Night staff was excellent Day \

Pros: I liked the night staff they were very helpful and nice and made me feel welcomed.

Cons: In the a.m. there was a female who had told me we were already on a late check out due to over sleeping. And I was trying to rebook while on phone with her she had told me no one gave me permission to rebook and I have till 11:30am at the time it was 11:15am . So once it was not even 5 min past 11:20 she called room and said that she's gna call authorities and we needed to leave before we get trust passing. She was very rude for no reason so when I had went to go get refund for my deposit she said that im not getting my deposit back because I was smoking in a nonsmoking room and I had asked for manager and she stated she was manager. And then rudely gave me deposit back and said I'm no longer welcome to stay over any longer. HER NAME WAS KRISTY CRISTY CRISTIN OR SOMETHING OF THAY SORT when asking for her name she was walking away to then smoke a cigarette towards her car right in front of the office very rude and unprofessional and if that were the case of me smoking why would I still get my deposit back.

Pros: La relación calidad precio me pareció excelente, mis amigas y yo tuvimos una muy buena noche, las camas cómodas, la habitación acogedora, el aire acondicionado bueno, la nevera también. Lo único es que los conectores de las lámparas no los pudimos usar porque están mal diseñados, pero no fue un gran problema.
