Pros: I have to say James did an amazing job helping me and my family get the best rate for the week and helped us have a comfortable stay. The hotel rooms were always clean and comfortable. Definitely the best long stay hotel I've been in.

Cons: Everything met my expectations.

Pros: Rooms are very clean very comfortable staff was very helpful would recommend to friends

Cons: Got the kitchenette would have forks spoons and at least the pan to cook

Pros: The room had everything I needed and the front desk agent was very good. The room they gave me had a maintenance issue and she went out of her way to get me another room even though they didn’t have much vacancy left, which was super helpful and much appreciated.

Cons: It was pretty loud on the first floor. Someone was yelling a lot around 9pm (not the hotel’s fault) and every time the front lobby door opened the room door I had vibrated since it had a slight seal gap. Also, the shower could use some maintenance.

Pros: Everything except that my room smelled like cigarette smoke. But the staff isn’t to blame. Some people just don’t know how to follow the rules.

Cons: V ubytování je k dispozici kuchyň, ale žádné nádobí. Není ani možné zapůjčit v recepci. Neodtekal odpad v umyvadlem v koupelně a nikdo to neřešil, i přes naše opakované upozornění. Je fakt, že ubytko je hlavně pro lidi, kteří potřebují přechodné bydliště a počítá se s tím, že jsou vybavení. Není to primárně turistické zařízení.

Pros: Everything was good the staff was very helpful. Location was in a good spot close to stores and the gasoline.
