Pros: My room was very large. Two large beds. The bathroom had a nice big shower. Breakfast was nice too.

1 night stay in Denver before heading to the mountains. Good size room, friendly welcoming staff.

Pros: Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The property was in good conditional, and lobby and rooms had a nice layout, and the latter a good size for our short family stay.

Location was perfect and the staff were very pleasant and professional.

Pros: The location was excellent. We will be coming back to this hotel. The only issue we had was with the Wifi that I understand is being upgraded.

Cons: WIFI was poor.

Pros: Great location in walking distance of near old town Arvada. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Cons: I understand conserving towel and bedding changes, and am fine with that. But at least empty trash cans and refresh the coffee trays, without the need of making a special request for these.

My stay was comfortable and clean just really pricey but the location was nice.

Pros: I don't think breakfast was included. I wish it was included in the stay. Maybe it was included and I didn't notice.

Cons: I didn't like that I wasn't sure why I didn't get alot of money back from my deposit. I bought 2 things in the pantry but the money didn't add up as to why I only got $16.00 back but overall it's great.

excellent.

Pros: I stayed here a couple of years ago and i enjoyed it then, thought I'd come back while I was in town. There really is nothing to complain about here, except for one really small detail: the black out curtains don't really work because of the air conditioning unit protruding from the wall. Because of this, the curtains don't completely envelope the window. It's a minor thing. Overall, excellent stay, i'll come back.

Cons: see above re: blackout curtains didn't work.
