Nice place to stay

Pros: Welcomed by the front staff Rooms nice and clean Breakfast was very nice

Cons: The only thing, if you are out on the front of the hotel then you are above the bar and grill that is attached to the hotel and you can hear the noise of the fans on the roof of the bar… not a big deal but maybe if you are a light sleeper

Pros: I loved how clean the facility was. If I needed extra towels or anything the staff was super nice about getting it for me. Staff was informative of the resturant times and was willing to help with anything.

Nice stay for us

Pros: It’s was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the fireplace in the lobby. Really enjoyed watching the bronco game in the bar.

Cons: Wasn’t a big fan of the coffee and no extra cream and sugar around.

Pros: Pet friendly with need to be out of our house with floor re-finishing. Staff was so accommodating! Breakfast included that I pd for in advance was “better than I expected”. Assuming typical cold buffet…choice of hot options (including eggs benedict special) was surprising and appreciated!!! Wonderful experience. Front desk staff was professional and courteous. Keep employing the right people!!!!

Cons: I am so pleased, but if you ask…I wish I could have dealt and had same “deal” directly with you. Pet-friendly fees were not well-detailed on booking.com even with my efforts. Surprise was $50 additional. I don’t like call centers—too impersonal. Direct to location “old-fashioned way” ends up being best!!
