Pros: It was super clean. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was good.

Great value and pleasant stay

Pros: Excellent value and everything you need for a good night’s sleep. Very clean, good breakfast, friendly staff. First time to stay at a Spark. It is very similar to a Hampton Inn but scaled down in decor and breakfast offerings. Would stay here again!

Cons: Walls were a bit thin so a bit of noise from next room, but nothing too bad.

Pros: TV was not working. Staff knew it. Offered a new room but was already unpacked before I discovered the issue. Room should not have been available until hotel fixed the issue.

Cons: Other than the TV not working there were no other issues

Very clean- affordable

Pros: Was much better than expected for $ 2nd night was louder guests unfortunately- probably due to low price point - some people are just not courteous or aware respectful of others that might be sleeping. Drea was awesome at the front desk- first night!

Cons: 2nd night filled up - less peaceful
