Overall the stay was great

Pros: Always clean and great staff! Breakfast fantastic!

Cons: If it’s going to be an in door pool, the water should have been but it was cold

Cons: That there was no bar or restaurant availability on the Monday night I stayed! I was casually informed by the receptionist when, asking what time it opened after early evening workout and swim, that the restaurant isn't open on a Sunday and Monday despite there being no mention of this on the website...

Good location, needs attention to staff training and correction of hazards before someone sues you.

Pros: Front desk staff upon check in was great. When asked about a Mail Drop the 2nd day, the young woman had no idea what I was talking about, had never heard of it. We checked in on April 5, 3024 to the Littleton CO location. The going woman on front desk duty was professional and helpful. The same position and characteristics was not true on the subsequent 4 days we were there. The breakfast hostess during our visit was friendly, on the ball!

Cons: Don’t let people exit through pool area. Several times floor was very wet & dangerous, no warning orange cones or signs. The cement height outside the pool exit is very high; dangerous especially in the dark. I fell, scraped both knees and my hands. No signage, markings or railings at all!

Nice place and breakfast was fantastic

Pros: Brand new but had problems with the sink! Would not hold water and had to turn off cold water to get hot water room 226.

Cons: The pool to small! Other properties had larger pools with hot tub

Pros: Staff was lovely, friendly and welcoming. Room was nice. Atmosphere is relaxing - nice music when entering, lobby is open, modern and attractive

Cons: Breakfast used to be great at this hotel, but it gets worse each time we stay - this time was bacon and hotel eggs, bacon was under cooked. There used to be quiches, croissant sandwiches - haven't seen those for a long time now. Paid an expensive rate for the night but was sadly disappointed. Didn't eat anything it all looked awful. There was a lady in the breakfast room just coughing and coughing non stop, no mask, just coughing and coughing without even covering her mouth or trying to be .respectful of today's concerns, she hung out for the longest time, just looking around, looking at her phone...and coughing and coughing. It was awful so we left. There should be signs up for public safety and someone should have approached her to suggest taking her phone calls and breakfast back to her room, wear a mask, cover her mouth, stay out of public contact.

Used to be a great hotel but slowly going downhill, dirty, sloppy breakfast choices.

Pros: This lcoation used to have a great breakfast - mini quiches, croissant sandwiches, fresh fruit etc. but none of that has been offered in the past few times we have stayed there this summer. Just greasy sausage patties, rehydrated egg mix, there wasn't even any cheese to put on the egss, but there were a couple of mini muffins, bagels etc. It would be nice if they could bring back the breakfast choices they used to have.

Cons: Elevators were dirty, beds were made in a hurry and looked like they had already been used - very wrinkled sheets and pillow, loosely tucked, elevators were dirty, bathroom mirror had splatter all over it, shower doors smeared/not cleaned.

Cons: No hot tub, gym was dirty, no gym wipes, no hand sanitizer, no cups for water dispenser, pool small and cold, outdoor patio small, confined, dark, no views due to big wall - if wall wasn't there it would open up views of foothills

Great place

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable, the location was good and there was complimentary breakfast. The food and drinks at the bar were pretty good too, and the staff was kind and helpful.
