Residence Inn Denver Southwest/Lakewood

Very good place to stay.

Pros: The breakfast was very good, the facility as well and the location was perfect for visiting the main cities and parks. I especially want to mention Sofie, who prepared the breakfast. Even while working during the Christmas holidays, she was always in a great mood, attentive, and had everything ready for us. She, along with the entire front desk staff, made a meaningful contribution to the overall quality of our stay.

Cons: We experienced an issue with cigarette smoke near our room. Although we were unable to identify the source, we could smell smoke almost every evening when returning to our room, primarily coming through the bathroom vent. We informed the front desk; however, without knowing the responsible party, it was understandably difficult to resolve the issue. It is also important to note that smoking inside hotel rooms is prohibited under Colorado state regulations, but some people just don't care about laws and the others.

Pros: The room was so spacious and it has everything you could possibly need. Great value for money.

Cons: I have no complaints.

Pros: Good room with kitchenette. Vero clean and good breakfast. Nice staff!

Overall, a very nice place to stay if in the Denver area.

Pros: Breakfast was good. Good variety of options. Room was huge! I loved the space and the kitchenette. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable. And the bathrooms were very spacious.

Cons: The work on the elevator taking place at 2AM was disruptive. Other than that, it was great.

Great place

Pros: We loved that there was an actual room separating the living area from the bedroom. The gym was small but very functional. The breakfast was actually AMAZING for a hotel!

Cons: There really was nothing wrong but the fire alarm did go off (no fault of the hotel)

I really enjoyed my stay. I feel the cost of my room was an excellent value.

Pros: The staff were very friendly, and the free breakfast was good. The room was excellent, especially for the price.

Pros: This is the second time we stayed there now and they’ve been nothing but helpful

Cons: The cost, but it really wasn’t extremely high. I consider it reasonable..

Wonderfully accommodating

Pros: Staff was wonderful, very helpful very informative. We were there for medical reasons with my husband who was the patient in a hospital and they went out of their way to help us.

Cons: It was a little pricey, but it was good for the deal, especially when we were down there under bad circumstances with Health.

Overall, very good and I’d recommend.

Pros: The hotel was spotless and quiet, with friendly staff. It was conveniently located in a great area.

Cons: I didn’t like that the housekeeping staff would take inventory very early in the morning (before 7:30 a.m.) of the rooms they were going to clean based on the door handle of “do not disturb.” If you wanted to rest until 8am, your room wouldn’t be cleaned.

I really enjoyed my stay planning to come back and visit soon

Pros: The location was in a great area for food and shopping

Cons: The house keeper didn’t want to clean room even though we put in a request in advance.
