Nice and clean place

Pros: The bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned. Location was next to a cinema. 1 healthy cereals option for breakfast Nice laundry option and a well equipped gym.

Cons: Breakfast could be a bit better.

Decent hotel in a very busy commercial area next to restaurants and theater. Convenient and pleasant

Pros: Breakfast was good, facilities were clean and modern. Staff was friendly, beds were a bit hard, but not the worst I have experienced.

Cons: Had some difficulty in communication between booking site and hotel that made checking in a bit of a hassle. Staff worked to get resolved.

Quiet, comfortable and great value!

Pros: I’ve stayed at this location multiple times and it’s always clean, quiet and staff is friendly.

Cons: Biggest complaint - The laundry area has kind of gone down hill since I last stayed. There used to be two washers and two dryers. Only one washer this time. You have to pay to use them, so I feel there should be no problem with maintenance. That is unfortunate for those that have a longer stay planned.

Great stay, I plan to stay whenever in Ft Collins

Pros: Super clean, comfortable bed, sitting and desk area, hand rails in shower, great kitchenette, good lighting, blackout shade, accessible electrical, charging outlets

Cons: The only thing I would mention is room air kind of stale from lack of fresh air flow as windows non opening, I am more sensitive to cleaners, VOCs, slight smell of cigarette smoke late evening from bathroom

Pros: This is a safe hotel. I encountered a problem at a nearby establishment and hotel staff was more than willing to help me out. Housekeeping is amazing!❤️

Pros: Location was great. Room was spacious and comfortable for a four day stay.

Cons: Parking could be congested due to the theater on one side and the Texas Roadhouse on the other.

Great hotel, good locations, Clean and Comfortable Rooms

Pros: I have stayed at this hotel several times and always a good experience. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really good. The rooms are large and comfortable.

Cons: Rooms are not exactly sound proof. You can hear your neighbors. If you are a light sleeper (as I am) - I suggest you ask for a room on the 4th floor and in a quiet area of the hotel.
