We all enjoyed our stay! Very convenient and clean!

Pros: Really enjoyed this property! Breakfast exceeded my expectations. We ate there every morning. Staff was friendly and gave good recommendations for local places to go! Facility was clean too!

Pros: This was a great comfortable overnight stay. It felt safe and was very clean. Breakfast was status quo. Loved the waffles

Convenient location, great staff.

Pros: Good location close to CSU and walkable to downtown including the farmers market.

Cons: Dated. Extra charge for parking. Street parking was plentiful (I stayed over the weekend during the summer)

Older Property, but well kept, clean and convenient. Friendly staff and Good value for the price.

Pros: Convenient location. Older property, so the rooms are a little small, but well kept and very clean.

Cons: Very quiet overnight, but traffic and train noise starts pretty early in the morning. To be expected in a busy downtown location.

Comfortable and met our expectations.

Pros: Sarah at the front desk is your best asset! She was friendly (greeting us every morning,) and efficient (quick check in).She also told us about a shop we were not familiar with, that was right in line with our interests!

Cons: Too bad maintence was not able to oil the screeching bath room door or get the door chain fixed during my 2 day stay.

Pros: Basic but convenient location for business visits at CSU, Fort Collins. Front desk staff were nice, efficient and helpful.

Cons: Room cleaning timing has no pattern and can get missed. Prioritization of making checked-out rooms for next occupants. Seems due to limited staff.

Great choice if you need to be near the campus

Pros: Excellent location for exploring Ft Collins and the campus (my son may be attending as a freshman in the fall, and we needed to do a quick visit from out of state), nice staff, comfortable rooms

Cons: It’s a straightforward motel - can be a little noisy if people have their doors open, but it didn’t bother us especially
