Cheap rooms, super friendly staff, would stay again

Pros: Staff was great! They were undergoing renovations but gave me a heads up when I got there with time to cancel if needed. I ended up extending the stay last minute and they were accommodating to that. I missed breakfast one time but the front desk lady took the time to make me a breakfast sandwich and hand delivered it to my door even though it was entirely my fault that I overslept. The renovations look great!

Cons: Floor was a bit creaky and I woke up the downstairs neighbor at one point (yelled and banged on the ceiling) even though I was trying to be as quiet as possible. The nearby bus route was delayed several times, but not at all the hotel's fault.
