Pros: We loved the dog park. The price and location worked great. I liked the full size fridge and stove top in the kitchen. I enjoyed taking hot baths every night too!

Cons: It was noisy. Especially having a room next to the stairway.

The room was actually clean and good, and I found everything that was mentioned by the hotel.

Pros: The hotel was clean, and the people at the reception were helpful. There is a near supermarket to the place.

Nice place for extended stays

Pros: Kitchenette with full size fridge and couch to sit on in the room. Quiet and clean and great staff.

Pros: La localisation de l'établissement avec un accès rapide aux grandes voies de communication dont la I25 La taille de la chambre/studio Personnel accueillant et disponible.

Cons: On a regretté l'absence d'un minimum de batterie de cuisine et de vaisselle. Pour utiliser une plaque de cuisson, il y en avait deux, il faut bien une casserole et/ou une poële ! Pour prendre ses repas il faut bien une assiette, un verre, des couverts ... par personne Pour un hébergement pour deux, une seule chaise et un seul fauteuil c'est un peu réducteur. A notre demande nous avons eu une deuxième chaise. Lors d'un incident dans un autre logement, il fut apparemment nécessaire de sêcher une partie de la moquette du couloir. Mais pour ce faire, laisser un appareil bruyant toute la nuit, c'est un peu abuser ! Être obligé de renouveler sa clé d'accès au logement toutes les semaines peut poser problème, notamment en cas de rentrée tardive au logement en fin de soirée.

Good value, but I was charged more than Booking.com rate I got

Pros: It's like a condotel with full-size fridge, kitchen with stove top, deep sink, bright, roomy bathroom/shower. I like that the unit is very clean. They have community washer/dryer. The people who live there are helpful.

Cons: The reception charged me $2.50 more than the Booking.com rate. I failed to check the amt at check-in. Next day at check out, I questioned it but the shift lady says it's estimated amt, but the incorrect amt was already posted in the card. So always check the amt you sign at check-in.

Great, clean hotel close to Fort Collins.

Pros: Very clean rooms and facilities. Nice location just off the freeway and near a few restaurants. Gas station and convenience store close too. Rooms not cluttered at all. Spacious and CLEAN!

Cons: Nothing. Everything was great!

Cons: police were there because of disturbance, but this could happen anywhere

Pros: Adequate parking, quiet and relaxed environment, and most importantly, the extended stay rates which are the best I've ever found for accommodations this nice, thanks to the general manager who took the time to help me with my stay and who made me feel appreciated as a customer.
