Pros: Host communication was great as was the cabin. Literally provides everything needed for a great stay! Saw quite a bit of wildlife and the kids had a blast calling the turkeys in. It is a bit remote but then again it is Colorado and it suited our purposes wonderfully. Would defintely stay here again!

Cons: Not much to be done about it but the critters in the ceiling/walls were a minor annoyance. They do have a tendancey to move in everywhere in the fall/winter. They deserve to be warm too but man that scampering can keep a person awake. To be fair we were sleeping in the basement bedroom and those upstairs and on the main floor didn't hear them.
