Comfy bedrooms, friendly staff and superb breakfast

Pros: Very friendly staff, excellent location and great breakfast - really enjoyed our stay !

Pros: Very nice room, handheld shower (yay!), great staff who went out of their way to give recommendations and make us feel at home! A la carte breakfast was also very good.

Pros: The room is very good. The shower is excellent. The wi-fi is very good.

Cons: Brakfast was not included.

Nice hotel with beautiful rooms in Fort Collins!

Pros: Very friendly hotel staff. Nice and well equipped rooms. Excellent place to explore Fort Collins, Loveland, etc.

Cons: I feel like if you pay over 200 a night at a hotel that at least breakfast should be included and not have to pay additional.

Great accommodations by great people

Pros: Stayed there during my son’s CSU orientation week. Nice and confortável hotel. Great location. There is a wonderful scent as you enter the hotel. The staff is super nice Wanted to return this next month but sold out 🥲 We will visit again

Cons: No restaurant for dinner. Not great room service options

Pros: Everyone was professional and helpful. Whatever we needed, was provided in a fast and efficient way. Breakfast was/is AWESOME!!! Will definitely stay here again.

Great spot to base yourself for exploring wonderful Fort Collins!

Pros: Our room was spacious, clean, and had all we needed for a weekend get away. The window to the outside has a nice view of the courtyard and the room was quiet. We generally like to spend our time downtown but it was an easy drive to get there and we found some other great spots around the hotel area. The hotel is built to accommodate large events and conferences so it has a very nice large lobby with a bar and restaurant. Although we didn't use it we thought it looked very nice and would be a fun place to meet friends for a drink!

Generally very pleasant.

Pros: Close to family, good parking, in house Hertz office. The staff was very competent, very nice, and worked to solve any problems we encountered. They used their computer to help us when we realized there was no business center, and found us spoons to serve ice cream!

Cons: It is sprawling and there is a LOT of walking involved. In future would request room closer to elevators. Hard to find the on/off switches for lamps!! Took two days to find one!!Cord for hairdryer VERY short; quite hard to use. Not clear how to use in room coffee (carafe appeared to be missing—single serve needs directions). Wi-fi was iffy (could have been wind related). Signs indicated there was a “business center” but it has been eliminated!

The accommodations were great but the Marriott front desk staff was far from acceptable.

Pros: It was clean & comfortable. The hot tub was clean & enjoyable. The Starbucks staff were excellent.

Cons: We were supposed to be given breakfast with our stay but upon check-in the staff said it was not included for us. Also, checkin was anything but smooth. She took nearly a half an hour just to find my booking.com reservation in her computer and just kept saying I’d have to pay Marriott directly right then & there and seek a refund from booking.com. I refused & repeatedly showed her my booking.com confirmation number as well as the booking.com email confirmation. After 1/2 an hour of that and my repeated requests for her to get a manager for me to speak with, she went in the back office and “magically “ found my booking.com reservation. It was quite the frustrating & exhausting experience. I have stayed at Marriott’s for several decades and I have never had such an unfriendly experience that quite frankly was borderline rude.
