Great hotel, with modern, spacious rooms

Pros: Lovely really spacious rooms with kitchen area to prepare own food . We arrived early after travelling through the night with altitude sickness and Alex the manager was exceptional - he arranged for our room to be ready early and upgraded us.

Our earlier booking was canceled for weather. Three days later we were back and everything great!

Pros: The rooms are massive and immaculate, the staff are very friendly and always willing to help and the atmosphere is always so welcoming. Have been here twice now and this has and will continue to be our first choice whenever we're in this area!

Highly recommend for Fort Collins!

Pros: I had a one-week stay here for work and will definitely stay here again! The suite was very spacious with enough kitchen appliances, crockery, etc. for my needs, and a large fridge/freezer. The bed was large and comfortable and the room was quiet, I had no trouble sleeping despite the jet lag. The staff were super friendly and informative, and the gym was also very well equipped. Location-wise, a supermarket is a few minutes walk away, and for bike-lovers there is a Trek store close by that do rentals; after 20 minutes of cycling you are climbing into the mountains. The free MAX train stop is a 15 minute walk and a 20 minute ride gets you to the University.

Cons: No complaints! This is not the place to stay if you want a hotel experience complete with breakfast and your room made up every day, but that wasn't my case at all ! The rooms are cleaned weekly, so for my stay there was no cleaning - I'm a fan of this, less waste and unnecessary cleaning. I had enough towels, toilet roll, kitchen roll etc. in my room for the week, and the front desk would have helped out if needed anyway.

Pros: I booked this room for three other workers on a business trip. They report back the rooms were great.

Pros: Very comfortable room with full size fridge-freezer and microwave, plus stove-top. Located in a quiet residential area. Friendly and helpful staff and manager.

Pros: Location was great. Beds were comfortable and room was clean.

Lovely place to stay.

Pros: We liked how close it was to everything that we wanted to go to for our 45th anniversary. The room was very clean, the front desk people were helpful. I did not realize that it had a kitchen which was a very nice surprise.

Cons: The only thing that I could say is it was a little interesting with the thermostat but that could be an operator malfunction.

The very good place to stay for visiting Fort Collins and around

Pros: Our time in Fort Collins was truly delightful. We appreciated the apartment-style setup of the hotel, with a spacious and comfortable room. The kitchen was cozy and equipped with all the essentials for a week-long stay. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom met our needs. Additionally, there were several dining options and grocery stores in close proximity. The location was convenient for exploring Fort Collins and its surroundings by car.

Cons: The WI-Fi was not fast and had issues )
