Pros: Excellent customer service and I was able to relax for once!!! Thank you!

Cons: Ice machine on the first floor was out of order, washing machines need to be cleaned and sterilized!

Pros: Everything was great, from the check-in process, the staff, the room, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast.

Cons: Nithing. It was all good.

Pros: Dat het uitklapbed oké was en er dus fatsoenlijk op geslapen kon worden

Cons: Ik vond de locatie (misschien Denver in het algemeen wel) niet heel prettig.

Pros: It was a great suite. The hot breakfast was also good too.

Cons: When we first arrived there was a Crack in the shower tile walls. When we checked out we reported it to the front desk, hopefully they don't charge us for it. The crack was there when we got in. The elevators were hot.

Pros: It was ok. Potatoes Wasn't good. Needed some boiled eggs. Powdered eggs were not so good. Need another coffee brand. Coffee was too watered down. Didn't taste like coffee. Breakfast was the only thing I didn't care for

Pros: La cama era muuuuy cómoda, la pieza con kitchenette incluida un lavavajillas espectacular. El desayuno estaba bien, así como las instalaciones en general. Todo era cómodo y bien mantenido. Lo recomiendo !!

Cons: Era un poco lejos del centro, pero de todas formas bien conectado.

Pros: Decent variety & mostly ok to eat (oatmeal was more water than anything else). We did have 2 people with a gluten allergy & there weren't any GF cereals or baked goods.

Cons: El sillón estaba viejito, aunque es solo algo estético, no hace juego con lo demás. Hubo un día que me quedé trabajando en el hotel y solo tuve internet unas horas en la tarde. El resto de los días funcionó bien.
