Chance to relax in a unique setting

Pros: We stayed on 2 occasions last year and coming back this time felt like coming home! The staff are so friendly and the place is unique. It’s chance to go back a little in time and relax and unwind. We love it! The last of the autumn leaves was an added bonus πŸ‚

Cons: Nothing - all wonderful.

Will always stay here in Boulder

Pros: Fantastic place - lovely setting, individual properties all different but nice, very helpful friendly staff. The Hot Apple Cider near reception is a treat. Can’t wait to return πŸ˜ƒ

Superb location and great accessible cottage

Pros: Loved the location, the rustic cottages, the accessibility, the weather and everything else!

Cons: The ADA shower needs rethinking (move the shower gel thing above the showerhead so that someone can lean on the wall)

great location for the flat irons and super friendly staff

Pros: lovely cottage and location, staff at reception were really friendly and helpful.

Cons: bed was a little too cramped in the bedroom and very dark rooms and a pain getting in and out of town

Great in every way except the mattresses. Staff awesome! We live locally and love coming in the off season:)

Pros: Everything except for the super hard mattresses. We would appreciate Chautauqua updating mattresses when they need it.

Cons: We didn’t sleep well on the mattresses.

A rare stay in a special park that can be everything from a hike/walk to cultural events and dining.

Pros: The location is extraordinary with wonderful hiking and access to other recreational areas on the campus. It is an easy walk to some of Boulder's historic areas and the University. Having the restaurant and general store within the park is another plus (although I did not use them during this stay.)

Cons: I didn't rate the lodging higher because it can be a bit noisy due to lack of soundproofing. A guest left at 4AM and I heard the entire departure. On the minor side the refrigerator was also noisy but I didn't have time to let the admin staff know about it.

Pros: Historic location and screened porch. Dining room food was great.

Cons: The cottage was not thoroughly cleaned. There were bits of dirt in the kitchen cupboard.
