Comfortable

Pros: Comfortable beds. Spacious room with cooking facilities if needed. Convenient to a few food places and supermarket

Cons: The bathroom area is a little small, although it's nice to have vanity basin outside.

Pros: The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, the room was exceptionally clean, spacious and perfect for a group of 3 - Grandfather, Mother and Grandson. Having the little kitchen was a real bonus. The parking was good and shops and restaurants were just a short walk away. Breakfast was plentiful.

Cons: The room was a bit dated and unfortunately the sofa bed in our room was quite grubby on the arms and needed to be deep cleaned or replaced. It would have been nice to have had fresh fruit other than apples available for breakfast each day.

Pros: the manager, Giuseppe, reception, Sunny and Sandra, and all the women in the kitchen and cleaning crew were kind, friendly and very helpful.

Overall a good value and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Pros: Overall everything was good, room was clean and comfortable and the staff was all very friendly and helpful. Also one of the better breakfasts offered with a good selection and fresh hot food.

Cons: The only complaints I have is that the room did have a slight odor from whoever stayed before and whatever they were cooking in there and the couch was pretty uncomfortable.

Comfortable, Safe, Clean

Pros: The rooms were clean, the bed comfortable, and dishes were available for use and clean. The location was great, I was able to get essentials from Safeway and Walgreens across the street.

Cons: There was a little bit of noise from the neighboring rooms, but that was to be expected.

It was nice to meet people attentive to my needs and to the above mentioned problem.

Pros: I must recognize the effort made by the Hotel Manager to solve a problem caused by Booking.com. This site somehow changed my reservation to a date different from the one I was looking for and blocked any possibility of refund blaming the hotel for that. Of course I had set the right date when I tried to make this reservation and of course I would not have set it for a different date. NOtwithstanding this is what happened (and it's not the first time at Booking). Fortunately there was a vacation for the date I needed and I paid a supplement for it to have the problem solved. Booking will have me no more.

Cons: Breakfast was just average for a hotel pretending to be a luxury spot.

Für zwei Nächte jederzeit gerne wieder

Pros: Die Unterkunft ist für den Preis absolut empfehlenswert. Wir hatten für zwei Personen ein kleines Appartement mit Küchenzeile ( Mikrowelle/ Geschirrspüler/ Herd ) , was wir nicht benutzt haben, aber die Möglichkeit wäre da gewesen. Großer Kühlschrank war gut. Badewanne und WC waren in separatem Raum - davor der Waschbereich. Betten waren super und der Pool war völlig ok. Einkaufen und Essen ist direkt ums Eck …. Ca. 100 m zu Fuß. Ideal. Wenn man nach Boulder in die Stadt will muss man fahren - ca. 10 min …. Alles gut. Frühstück für amerikanische Verhältnisse völlig ok - Kaffe sehr gut , und es gibt immerhin richtiges Besteck und Teller - kein Plastik - das fanden wir sehr gut.

Cons: Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig- wir waren im 1. OG - wenn darüber gelaufen wurde war dies zu hören. Poolpumpe oder Ähnliches war nachts recht laut … da die Fenster nur einfach verglast sind, sind sie auch sehr Schall durchlässig.
