Pros: Very nice location, easy parking, simple but nice designed rooms, luxurious jacuzzi and sauna and great athmosphere with fire and open bar, enjoyed my stay a lot. Lot of nice nature around, great basecamp location indeed.

Good place to stay near downtown
Pros: The room was ok. It is quite old and the bathroom is very small. Common facilities are great and staff were friendly. Location is good.
Cons: Overpriced for what it is.

Great short stay!
Pros: The location was very convenient, easy walk to downtown boulder and free parking. Also very near a bus stop to/from the Boulder bus station which is convenient if you arrive on the airport bus AB1 as we did. The room was spacious and clean. It is a motel-style room and layout, with free coffee making facilities (and teabags at reception when we asked). The additional amenities were well kept and seemed clean. Unfortunately not enough time to use the sauna and hot tub, but we used the washing facilities on the first night when some sun cream exploded in my suitcase - the lady behind the desk even locked up a little late for me to let the cycle finish. We would stay here again if we come back to Boulder.
Cons: Tiny bathroom - but ok for short stay.

Pros: The room was very good, this place probably was an old motel but very nicely done up, with nice common areas (small climbing wall, ping pong, terrace with 'camp'fire). Walkable to Pearl Street, but not super close In the summer we stayed at the University Inn, but if we return, I prefer Basecamp
Cons: Our stay was prepaid via booking, yet at the end they wanted to charge us an extra $20. The explanation was something about how booking.com charged for taxes, and they refunded it immediately, but if I had not looked and just waited for the email receipt it would have been a mess. Not clear whether the issue was due to the hotel or to booking.com, but I book quite a few rooms with booking every year, and I have never had this issue elsewhere

The staff at the Basecamp were super friendly and it was just what we needed after a long flight before heading off to t
Pros: The room we had was absolutely enormous! And the kitchen are was great too
Cons: If there could have been a coffee filter machine in the room not just a kettle that would have made it even better but a small detail

Cool vibes and very comfy
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a problem with our initial room and they moved us straight away. Room was very spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed, good shower and plenty of storage. They also provide all toiletries and a large cool box for food as well as a kettle. Aircon worked well. The places has plenty of free parking. There's a climbing wall and table tennis, plus sauna/jacuzzi to relax in. The bar has local beers and there's nice outdoor seating with firepits. They provide a complimentary 'grab n go' breakfast with tea/coffee and muffins/fruit/yoghurt etc. The location is perfect, about a 10-15 min walk from Pearl street, and about 5 mins from the Boulder Creek path and around 5-10mins from the centre of the University campus. There is also a charging hub for the hireable city eBikes about 200 yards down the road, although we couldn't use these as you need an American mobile phone number to create an account.
Cons: Could provide tea/coffee in the room would be nice.

Pros: We had some car issues that made it impossible to arrive for the day we booked, but Basecamp Boulder very kindly moved our reservation to the day after, which really saved our trip to and arrival in Boulder!
