Pros: Excellent location. Wonderful room. Great house-keeping.

Cons: Restaurant food was cold. I sent it back and it arrived cold again. I was?starving by that time so just ate it, but wouldn't eat there again for dinner. I didn't realise that the hotel charges more than 3 times their normal rate on a night where there is a game in town e.g. University game nights. Its shocking that I got charged such a huge amount for the first night I was there, a Saturday night. Exploitation at its best. I had no idea that was the deal, so that's what made me choose a low score for value for money. I'd watch out for game nights and stay clear.

Overall a very nice place to stay when visiting boulder. Superb staff who are all very friendly.

Pros: The staff were phenomenal. Made me feel very welcome as someone from the UK who’s never been to Boulder.

Cons: The propert felt a little dated in the bedrooms and bathroom.

One of my favorite hotels we’ve ever stayed at!

Pros: Amazing hotel in a sweet spot in town. The bar downstairs is sick, it’s like a rabbit’s warren with so much character and history.

Cons: Aircon is a bit noisy but that’s being super picky

Hotel was a destination itself

Pros: For an historic hotel it had a lively happening vibe. Live jazz and service in the lobby, great little bar, nite club and comedy clubs downstairs, great restaurant. Close to pearl street. Valet parking great value. Room was beautiful and quiet.

Cons: Room had a slightly off putting odor just as you walked in.

very special place! comfy, spacious, friendly

Pros: beautiful interior with lots of photos and historical information about the building

Cons: it was a bit of a maze to get from the lobby to our room, we had to go up two floors on an elevator then walk to another branch of the building to take a different elevator up one more floor, but once we memorized the route it was ok :)

Exceptional as always.

Pros: Unbeatable location a block from Pearl Street, near restaurants, attractions, and walking paths. Historic hotel with all the charm, especially around the holidays, when they put up their iconic tree. There are multiple options for dining / bars on-site. The staff are exceptional - very helpful, even took us on a tour of the historic floor of the hotel and of the old elevator.
